There is a practice i saw on nairaland before I registered that I love so much; Each day when you visit nairaland and scroll down, you will see members that their birthday is that day.

I just noticed that the practice has been stopped


I think it gives members sense of belonging and it also help members to connect especially those that share same birthday.
