Any stimulus package without BVN is senseless and stup!d. You can't package 1000 bags of rice and call it stimulus package. Only in Ifo LGA, there are more than 500,000 people.

Transfer monies to people in your state using the data provided by BVN. It's that simple. With BVN and Microsoft Excel, you can automatically detect Nigerians in Ogun or Lagos state with less than N100,000 accumulated savings/credit/deposits in the past 6 months. Identify these people, call them to confirm their present state of residence, and pay up!!

The idea of distributing 1000 bags of rice to "residence" in Ogun state is senseless. Only in Ifo LGA, there are more than 500 agberos willing to share the so called package among themselves.

Can you imagine. Nigeria has never had an undisputed census since independence.

Why every state is not allowed to do own census, to capture iris, fingerprints and other non-falsifiable data as evidence is beyond me. State by state will enable the FG govt to assist each state with resources. But they have no desire for a genuine census. They want to keep rigging elections.
