There are three things that you need to consider before you decided where to invest your money.
1. Return
2. Risk
3. Liquidity

High return, high risk! This is the law of investment. If you want to get high return, you must be ready to face the risk. Beside return and risk, you must consider the liquidity of the investment. Here are some examples for some kind of investment:

Saving in the bank
It is the safest investment but has the ability to depreciate in value as time goes by. The return and risk is low. How about the liquidity? Saving is very liquid, anytime you need your money, you can withdraw it.

Investing in Houses, Apartments and Other Building (Real Estate)
House, apartment and other building like warehouse are good investment. It can give you high return and relatively low risk. Each year the price of the building usually rise up. But, it's not a liquid investment. You couldn't get the return as soon as you need it.

Stock Market Investment
In stock market, you can sell your stock in an hour or even in a minute and you can get the return as soon as you sold it. Stock trading is a liquid and high return investment. Off course it is high risk too.

Forex
Foreign Exchange trading, or Forex, is the trading in international currencies.

The currency markets are a large and liquid market, attracting speculative short term traders. International currency markets are risky and reliant on rumors, world news, and politics. Foreign Exchange markets have been described as a zero sum game.

There is a fixed supply of currency on the world markets and for one person to make money on a Foreign Exchange market trade, someone else must lose money.

There are two types of traders in Forex; market makers are the large banks and investment houses, and retail Forex brokers are smaller players. Cash FX is the shorthand name of the commodities traded.

Retail Forex brokers can be the subject of scams. Although the market is legitimate and regulated by laws such as the Commodity Futures Modernization Act of 2000, it is common for people to lose money more than they gain.

Broker's commissions, and sales of software programs and information are more surefire ways money is made in the realm of Forex trading.

Each has its own ups and downs and each has the potential to give you cash back only at different intervals or different periods.

Remember: There is a fixed supply of currency on the world markets and for one person to make money on a Foreign Exchange market trade, someone else must lose money

So which do you think is the best to invest in?
Savings, stocks, real estate or Forex
