Good evening, I wanted to deposit 20,000 naira into my LUNO wallet on 3rd of April,so I used PAYU as directed from the site. The transaction wrote 'not successful 'at the end but the 20,000 naira was removed from my account but the bank didn't send me a debit alert likewise the payment didn't reflect on my LUNO wallet. I called UBA's customer care but they told me the transaction is pending,i.e between my master card and the merchant (PAYU). I've waited for the reversal since on Friday but I haven't gotten it.Please what can I do to get back my money? Thanks. |
