It is day 6 of the total lock down on Lagos State, the most impacted state across Nigeria with 115 cases. This day also happens to be a day celebrated in Christianity as Palm Sunday, however the roads are largely deserted with the city looking like a ghost town.

I had a quick drive around Ikeja on day 6 of the total lock down and observed that the empty streets showed how low key Christian Lagosians marked the event. Unlike previous observations, no place of worship no worshippers were seen on the streets of the city.
