Pls how is possible for a fraudster to know someone's details like full name and phone number. I had an Atm dispense error on an access bank Atm machine, i called access bank customer care several times but they didn't respond. I decided to message Access bank on there official email address, which i think is correct "contactcenter@accessbankplc.com".I was sent a notification from the mail that the issue will be resolved within 72 hours, i was very supprised when a guy with an unkown number called me the follow day, the guy said he is an official from access bank, he called my full name, he told me that federal government is given out a sum of 20,000 naira, he asked me if my atm card is a visa or master card, he called the first four numbers of my Atm card number and then asked me to tell him the rest numbers , i told him No way, he tried confusing me that the number is not a private number, he said it is only my atm card pin that is private, to cut it short, how did he got to know my full name and phone number, i was thinking he could have seen the message or probably there are informants in the banks that discloses information.

It would have been another story entirely had it you gave the caller your card number ..... Your account number would have been laughing with zero balance.... Thank God you are brave enough...
