It is not impossible or surprising. Chinese are very mean. Any country that treats her citizens without regards and brute force can never be friendly or treat another country fairly.
When i raise my hand for the Chinese government is when the banned foreigners from entering China including the ones with valid residence and advised their citizens abroad to remain abroad. How can China advise her citizens to remain abroad when China should be safer for them just because they do not want them to bring corona-virus they exported abroad back to China. One would have thought that China will be sending planes to America and Europe to bring back her citizens back to China like others brought back their citizens from China early this year but instead they don't want their citizens back sef. So make dem die there.

China is a brutal country but are very good at concealing their brutality to the outside world. There is a reason why just 900,000 foreigners reside in China while millions of Chinese citizens reside outside China
