China once again... from fake baby formula to fake chloroquine tablets. Many people in that country really needs an orientation towards doing good, not just making money. Of course my own brothers here in Naija have no issues asking the Chinese to make fake drugs so they can make money while their own people are dying.

This is my concern with this federal agencies we have in Nigeria and irresponsible media that we have, maybe they are so scared to ask questions or the agency are too full powerful so they see any reasons for accountability.

In a setting where the agency head or spox can be asked basic common questions like how did the drug make its way into Nigeria talk more being in circulation around the country ?

How they would answer this would be very critical ? Will it be the customs officials are not doing there work well or custom is complicit in the illegal plot of bringing the drug into the country and into illegal circulation.

Also now that nafdac is aware this drug is in circulation, they have identified, they have done the midea round to alert the public, so what are they doing to take it off market and clamp down on those who brought it into the country

Nigeria is a completely messed up place. Everyone is looking to cash out from any situation at the expense of people's lives. The sad thing is that we don't have strong agencies to penalize this type of people because of how our corruption has corrupted all the aspects of the country both government and non government agencies.
May God help us.

The government itself knew the contraption is damn messed up..They only want to make it not to look like it is in a state of anarchy.
