Here are tips on how to protect yourself from the Corona virus also called COVID-19. But the question is how many have you been able to keep regularly? Lol... let's use this to chase boredom away. Yawning... Let's Start the fun. 1. Use of Face Mask Wear your mask properly and make sure there is no gaps between your face and the mask. 2. Sanitize Frequently Always sanitize your hands with an alcohol based sanitizer. 3. Wash your hands Frequently It is important to disinfect your hands by washing it frequently. It helps to stop the spread of the virus through your hands. 4. Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Face and Mouth The COVID-19 virus can stay on an infected surface for up to 3 hours and this means that one can pick it up on infected surfaces. So, when you touch any surface, avoid touching your eyes, nose and ears until you have washed your hands 5. Practice Social Distance It is suggested that you keep 1 Meter - 1.5 Meter distance. Practicing social distance can also help to protect yourself. 6. Cough into a tissue You can avoid the spread of the virus by coughing and sneezing into a tissue. 7. If you feel sick, Stay at home Don't wait too long, if you notice any of the said symptoms of the virus, stay at home and contact a doctor. 8. Clean up Frequently Clean your home, office and every object that is being touched frequently. 9. Use Appropriate Disinfectants Use of appropriate disinfectant on your surrounding will also go a long way to clean your environment. 10. COMPLETE STAY AT HOME STAY SAFE MY GOOD PEOPLE! It may be possible for those in the City with decent accomodation, high paying job, those with good lifestyle and on and on. What about Grandma and Grandpa and those in the village, how possible is it to observe the safety tips? |
