Why is it that guys never get with the programme?

The government never received cash donations from anybody:

The acct-gen is the admin head of the treasury. Mgmt and monitoring of all receipts and payments of the FGN. Given the antecedents of important documents getting lost in fires at ministries and other govt buildings, how is it far fetched?

Documents relating to particular expenditures and payments could have gone up in the flames. And dont come on with the whole computerization balderdash. We know that sensitive records relating to sleaze in this country are never actually revealed or formally recorded into any system.

Afterall, till today we still dont know what happened to the 12 billion usd windfall of '91, 2011-14 oil boom funds etc by direct proof. It's inference and common sense that guides us.

Honestly it is irritating. David, an olodo himself, 'herding' other sheeples. Cash is not deposited at the Accountant General's office and all important records are now on computer files that would be backed up.

More Nigerians should resolve to think before they talk. Would people not be better served asking Mr. 30 billion for the account Davido when he will drop his own donation?
