They will STILL BLAME THE GOVERNMENT if shit hits the fan.

If there was scarcity and black market business is currently lucrative, one perhaps would have understood why they are risking their lives this way.

I think it's human nature.
The human nature, no matter how rich or well to do it is would always want and desire more especially if it's has to do with essentials stuffs. Human nature loves and embraces freebies-----anytime, anywhere and at any giving opportunity.

Mind you, very few can do away with that nature...
