Dr Ejike Onuogu, a New York based physician has, through his foundation, proven that as long as human beings still walk on earth, hope remains the ultimate anchor to a future and continued existence, as he donates materials, food and cash worth millions to the people.

Without being called upon, he made himself available to support government efforts at providing palliatives for the indigent citizens who are facing the effect of total lockdown occasioned by proactive measures taken to ensure that the spread of Coronavirus is contained in Nigeria, a step that has come to be applauded and commended.

Surprisingly too, he has gone beyond putting food on people’s stomach to giving them empowerment by providing a support van and other materials that will help people to stand on their feet after the pandemic is over, because he is a man that sees beyond the immediate problem of the time.
