Has he not recovered from the coronavirus? Whenever I hear him speak about the programs in the state, it gives me hope. Right now, it seems the state remains at a stand still because of his absence. I pray he recovers on time to help fix the hospitals in the state to an appreciable standard because "Health is wealth", so our people say.
