The police actually want all landlords remove Africans from their homes to be quarantined in hotel even if tested negative. The videos are everywhere. There might be a few number of people without visas but what of Kenyans, Ugandans, Nigerians, Ghanians and all other black Africans that are students and haven't left the country for months?
