the wap yahoo thingy is kind of down.its irrespective of d browser,but since you use opera mini,scroll down to the buttom page of the yahoo front page and click on desktop.frm there,u can sign in

Once u load the fullsite and sign in yahoo and it didnt show ur inbox, there's problem. I have 2 y.mail. I loaded the full site,checked my second Email it worked(it took me directly to my Inbox, spam,draft. Etc). I sign out,sign in the first email, it didnt work, so I checked History then I saw what I viewed (inbox) of my second mail. I reloaded it for the first email and it brought out my 2900+mails.

Try us.m.yahoo.com. It shows yahoo classic and yahoo pulse.

My yahoo mail opens fine on my Opera Mini. Just try new.m.yahoo.com
