Apple has released a new version of its smaller and cheaper iPhone, the SE.

The new phone looks like an iPhone 8 – including the mostly abandoned home button at the bottom – but its internals are more in line with the latest iPhone 11.

It includes the A13 Bionic chip from that phone. Though it includes just a single lens, unlike the higher-end models, it still gets the software features of those phones such as the Portrait mode and so Apple says the pictures should be even better than the iPhone XR, which is still on sale at a much higher price.

The new phone starts at $399 in the US, or £419 in the UK, the same price as the existing iPhone SE. That makes it far more cheap than Apple's other, newer models, which start at £999.

It will be available on 24 April in three colours: black white and red.
The phone will be available in Apple Stores, but almost all of them are still closed. Apple will also offer the phone online with a no-contact delivery option.

iPhone Chipset enables optimal performance for longer hours even with low battery capacity. Same with their RAM too if you’ve noticed. Apple uses a different kind of technology but i feel they should have made it thicker to accomodate more battery space.

Truth be told the design is ugly af, but for it price you can't get the same soc with any Android phone. No Samsung phone can beat it when it comes to performance, even s20 ultra. They sacrifice design for performance. Also the phone is water resistant, 5yr software update and support wireless charging.

4.7INCH screen yet the PPI is very low. Ugly obsolete design, battery is less than 2000... yet it will sell between 150-140k.. I cant even imagine buying.. would rather get an iphone x or xr which look modern. They would give me desired perfomance and their looks and feel would be very nice coz of screen size and dimension not this upgraded iphone 5.

No matter the processing optimization there's no way 1920mah can last pass 3hrs.

I hope say this your cap come with agbada. The chipset isn’t the only thing that determines performance of a phone, don’t let that A13 deceive you.

It’s not just the RAM or chispset. iOS is lighter than Android. Android always has many things running in the background. If you have an Android, minimum of 4gb RAM is necessary.
No matter how they optimize, the screen of the phone must be lit up in use, mobile data will be put on most of the time, and someone will have to use more than 1 app at a time. That battery MUST go down fast.

Oga, no matter the optimization that battery is not going to last 3hrs on heavy usage, you need to carry power bank everywhere you go to supplement it, unless you just use it for calls only.
Android is almost as smooth ios. It depends on the manufacturer, android has a large market share, which consists of high-end, mid-range, low-end phones with thier relative chipsets, while apple focus only on thier flagship. If you want to enjoy andriod, use quality phones like oneplus,huawei,pixel and Samsung( thier high-end phones). Which are well optimized.
