On Thursday, one million boys known as Awawa boys storm First Gate area of Amuwo Odofin along LASU Igando road in Lagos state, spotted with POS collecting people ATM Card with the PIN, they also seen with cutlass and other weapons.

One of the Daily Focus Nigeria reporters, gathered that the Awawa boys come with some POS attacking people collecting their ATM card, PIN number after they have withdraw all the money in the account they will go away with the card.
“Happening live in my area now @ first gate along lasu igando road. 1 million+ boys came out with POS and started asking people for their ATM and pin,so all the boys in that area came out with cutlass and other weapons and that spot is where police normally mount there road block since the beginning of this lockdown,and before the boys came we notice the police left till now they are not back, does this mean the force are working with this boys. God help us o. We should all be careful this period.”

Yesterday was very hot in my area. Street boys came out with cutlasses, heavy knockouts, while chanting war-like songs.

People were screaming and running for dear life. Pandemonium everywhere.

Amidst all this, not a single police van patrolled my street. It's a shame.
