One Secret That Can Help You Be More Productive

We all have this dream. We all wish for it. We try to learn as many hacks as possible. We read as many blog posts as possible. We devour videos and books. We follow gurus.

But it remains a never-ending quest.

I’m talking about productivity.

Don’t we all want to be more productive? Don’t we want to do more with our 24 hours? Don’t we all want to achieve more working 4 hours a day?

But we struggle.

One day as we read a new hack or a post, we feel pumped. We implement it, follow it for a day or two, and then poof. It’s gone. We are back to our normal productivity levels.

Because it’s hard to sustain the motivation high enough to remain productive.

In this post, I’m going to share a secret that can help you to be productive in the long term without losing motivation.

Why do you want to be productive? What’s your purpose? What are you working for?

There will be a reason why you want to do it.

It could be anything.

It could be because you want to become a brand or grow your career or earn more or live a better life or give your family a better experience or take a vacation you always wanted or something.

Find out why you want to be more productive and reconnect with it frequently.

If your family motivates you, keep a photo where you can see it all the time and use it to remind you why you need to keep going and be productive.

If your career growth motivates you, then find a way to remind you of it. If it’s a vacation, then keep a photo of it and visualize you being there.

Remember, your why doesn’t need to be a constant. It can change. Once you have achieved your vacation goal, you can pick another one and use it to motivate your quest.

Whatever is your why, keep reconnecting with it daily and use it to fuel your productivity levels.

TLDR: find why you want to be productive. Reconnect with it regularly and use it to fuel your productivity levels.
