Who do you think is setting it up for them? Look, Health is the responsibility of State and Local Governments! Whatever FG do, it is to SUPPORT! So why are we not asking what states and LGs are doing but we are rather focused on FG that is to support them? As at Friday, Lagos State has a collection Centre for samples in all Local Government. Is it from FG too? Lagos State has the highest testing facilities in Nigeria, is that from FG? Please hold Governors responsible for what is their responsibility!
