In honor of the COS to the President, Late Mallam Abba Kyari President Buhari should direct that Nigerian flags at government buildings fly at half-mast for three days, starting from Monday; the 20th of April 2020.

This is not supposed, the office of the President's COS was not elected by Nigerians soo he does not answer to Nigerians, he is only expected to handle the President's official and personal needs,
