Hello Guys.

I own a Tecno L8 Lite and my Whatsapp has failed to connect for a while now.

I reset the data connection, cleared cache and data of the app, rebooted my phone but still yet I get the same response.

Please somebody help me with a solution to solve this issue as it's also affected my Instagram App.
