UNITED WEST AFRICA FEDERATION (UWAF).

There is no Nigerian alive today that doesn't agree that we must leave the obsolete Federal Republic of Nigeria and chart a new course - that will guarantee 24 hrs electricity, Industrial revolution, jobs, innovation, lasting peace and economy that leaves nobody behind. My thesis is that It can be achieved without GOING TO WAR, and this is how:

CONCEPT ONE
A Union of 4 Independent Federations comprising of the following member states:

- SE Federation
- SW Federation
- SS Federation and
- Mid Western Federation

POLITICAL SYSTEM
Each Federation shall elect their Premier as was the case in the First Republic, have their own police force and parliaments and each federation controls its natural resources and tax revenues paying into the Union Central Account (UCA) a given percentage to be used for Defense, Foreign Affairs and other agreed commonalities

CURRENCY
UWAF should have a common currency and one Central Bank and its natural Border with the old Nigeria will be River Niger and River Benue,

ROTATIONAL PRESIDENCY
UWAF presidency should be rotated every year among the four federations. The presidency will not be an individual, but the federation it represents.

NATIONAL SECURITY
UWAF should have a common defense strategy, free movement, and property right within the Union.

UWAF by design meets the century-old aspirations of Biafra, Oduduwa, Delta nation, thus will end such aspiration and the energies wasted on such separatists thoughts will be positively channeled into a healthy economic competition among and within federations

POPULATION & SIZE (see chart)
The population of UWAF will rank 14th in the world and its land Area ranked 71st in the world - an equivalent of current Finland and bigger than Ghana, UK, Burkina Fas, Italy, and Romania.

FOOD SECURITY
Nederland exports food worth $101 billion each year and total revenue from current Nigeria oil 2018 was $10 billion before COVID and oil price crash and inhabits the most hungry people on earth - Netherland has a landmass of 42,508 km² and UWAF will have a land area of 303,035 km² or 7 times more land area than Nederland

BARRIERS
The North or what will become the old Republic of Nigeria will not like the new Africa power- because, by human development index, UWAF will automatically become the most educated black nation on earth - But old Nigeria can't stop its creation if we adhere to a peaceful referendum based on UN Charter.

The main impedance will come from current southern leaders and stalwarts from APC, PDP, APGA, who will be as well the biggest losers because of their parasitic makeup and disadvantages in a merit-based democracy

BAPTISM/PURGE
UWAF Must purge 99% of all active current Southern politicians, soldiers, police officers, customer officers, judges, and senior lecturers /professors active today retiring them with immediate effect irrespective of age.

FAITH GROUP
Outlaw thousands of Pentecostal churches and splintered Muslim groups - leaving only faith groups with recognized seminaries/theological colleges that train pastors and Imams for a given period of time like the Anglican and Catholic churches have been doing for centuries

Concept Two- OLD NIGERIA.
The current Northern Nigerian will inherit Abuja as its capital and will be faced with two options- first, educate her children, create an inclusive society that leaves no man, woman or child behind and create a powerful Islamic nation like Turkey or Indonesia that can compete economically toe to toe with UWAF or be torn apart into warlords and endless violence, poverty, and mass illiteracy as she has been doing the last 60 years using southern Nigeria as camouflage and alibi

My intension is not to please or displease Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, Fulani, Ijaw, Muslim or Christian, to be honest, I really don't care - will be like trying to cover the moon with my palms - is just a crazy personal opinion with no intent to raise somebody's fear or paranoid
