The total number of coronavirus cases in Nigeria has increased to 665 after 38 new infections were recorded on Monday.


The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known via its Twitter handle on Monday.


23 cases were recorded in Kano, 5 in Gombe, 3 in Kaduna, 2 in Borno, 2 in Abia, 1 in FCT, 1 in Sokoto and 1 in Ekiti.

For the first time, Lagos has no confirmed case. That's sort of a good development, but it's strange considering they recorded 70 cases two days ago.

Damn, the spike in Kano's numbers. Be like na them dey in form now o! See as them fly enter top 4 in just one day.

Coronavirus in Nigeria is like a game of "Tag" or what is popularly known as "Catcher" if you grew up in Lagos.
