moratorium means grace period given to you before you start paying for the loan. if your moratorium is 12 months during this period you won't pay anything until the 13th month you start paying. NOTE moratorium period is part your loan duration. for example your loan duration is 36months that means you have 24 months to pay back the loan

is your copy they have their own. the day you applied you have already accepted terms and conditions of the loan before you submitted your application.
