The Governor of Kwara State Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, has congratulated the Emir of Ilorin and Chairman of the Kwara State Traditional Council Dr Ibrahim Sulu-Gambari on his 80th birthday on his 80th birthday anniversary.

His Excellency's message, contained in a series of tweets read;
