A yet to be identified boy has allegedly drowned at jabi lake Abuja
According to eyewitness report the incident happened after a boat mishap
The deceased was said to be on his life jacket

Some fisherman where later called on to search for him his lifeless body was later retrieved after several hours

- what was he doing outside in this lockdown?
- how can anyone drown with a life jacket (unless it was too small or ill-fitted)?
