Senior Special Assistant to Governor Okowa on Security, Hon. Daniel Ezekiel has distributed palliative to residents in Sapele Local Government Area in a bid to cushion the effect of the COVID19 pandemic as the lockdown continues. Hon. Ezekiel popularly known for his willingness to help the downtrodden, said that the gesture is to assist the Governor in rendering help to the people.
