Admirable!
Any time citizens rise up to do something for themselves, instead of waiting for government, I say good job.

For the citizens to put something together to help them survive their environment, it excellent. That's how cities grow and develop. In Nigeria we're waiting for someone to come from Abuja.

Graduating from water conservancy and hydropower engineering, the girl is reputed as an excellent craftsman. She built with her own bamboo bridge in her hometown in Yunnan province.
