Despite the high increasing numbers of COVID-19 patients in Lagos, most pastors in Lagos are still in doubt that the deadly coronavirus is not in Nigeria and has not affected anyone in the country.

Some churches and Mosques located in ikotun area of Lagos State with over 20 people attending each of their services has gone ahead holding their normal services despite the federal government Warning for people to stay at home.

The lead pastor and General oversea of 'Home Race Evangelical Ministry' Prophet Jeremiah Amaechi has told his members to always attend service, that there's nothing like coronavirus in the country.

While interviewing a member of the church this morning after their Friday night Virgil held last night Friday 24th April, when asked why they still attend church.

He said, "Our daddy in the lord Prophet Jeremiah Told us that all the news about Covid19 is fake and propaganda, that such do not exist in Nigeria."

"We still have our normal Sunday services which we will have tomorrow being Sunday but the different is that we don't use electrical instruments anymore, we only clap our hands and our time of service has changed" .

"On Sunday we start service by 6:00am and ends 7:30am or 8am and Thursday we begin by 6am to 8am and most of our doesn't miss service ".

The church which is located at N° 7, Mike Allison Street before sweet valley school by Second Junction Bus Stop, Governor's Road in ikotun has to be stopped if we truly want to fight this deadly disease which is rapidly increasing in Lagos state.

There are two churches in this same street and they holds their services same time, and will be holding tomorrow Sunday.

Please let us all contribute in fighting this global pandemic order than misleading uninformed people. May God help us all.
