ONDO ASSEMBLY URGES PRAYER AT RAMADAN.

Lawmakers of the Ondo State House of Assembly have felicitated Muslim Faithful across the Globe on the commencement of the Ramadan Fasting.

Speaker of the House Rt. Honourable Oleyelogun Bamidele David who spoke on behalf of the Lawmakers identified Islam as a Religion of Peace and urged adherents of the Islamic Faith to continue to live in Peace with their Christian Brothers in order to usher in the desired development in the Country.

On the Covid-19 pandemic, the Lawmakers urged Muslims across the Globe to pray fervently for the end of the deadly disease so that normal life would resume across the world.

While noting the difficulty brought about by the current stay at home order,the Assembly Members urged the people to continue to observe all the safety tips in order to stem the spread of the virus.

They pledged to continue to work harmoniously with the Executive in order to bring succour to the people.
