I suggest you put a recorder by your pillow before sleeping and find out exactly how you do it and what you say while asleep first before seeking help. 1 Like |

Lots on your plain mind bruh . You think too much , you have to reduce the rate at which you think about stuffs . Too much thinking always caused it , if you can reduce the rate at which you think about things ( problems ) I promise it will reduce and stop totally with time .
