This is very unimaginable during Obasanjo's time, who are the ministers to think of helping Obasanjo make his selection?

That movie actually pprtray the things that happen behind the scenes. The problem with Nigeria is that we know how to copy but we don't know how to pace which is the reason for the fall out to the media.
Have you ever seen Abba kyari address the media or engage in any publicity stunt, yet because of may his excesses or high handedness, there is always a media fallou.
The truth is that Chief of staffs know about the government and their principal more than any body in government. They know the secrets of the president, his likes and dislikes. When the need arise, he is expected to do the dirty works for the president without bringing it to the president's attention so as to give him element of denial when it eventually goes south. I suggest you watch the series Scandal if you haven't to see how powerful and influential a Chief of staff is while craving little or no attention and taking no glory.
