Viral video suggests President Buhari's yesterday's speech has circulated before the live stream (VIDOE)

Yesterday April 27th, 2020, President Buhari addressed Nigerians, but a viral video is trending online , whereby a male Nigerian was reading ahead of President Buhari , some said the video was leaked before the live stream , and others said most of the thing the president read yesterday was a repeated speech, while others said the video was edited however.
