We have be commissioned to carry out another renovation work here.

Currently as it is. It's a 2 bedroom flat.
But we are now going to convert in into office space.

Will be sharing picture updates of the works we are doing here.

We have commenced works.
Converting the surface piping to conduit through electrical.

We have started fixing the ceiling works now.

Picture updates to come shortly.

We are looking towards doing an independent NEPA connection for this flat for the purpose of having a personal prepaid meter on it soon.

Currently there are 8 flats in the premises using just two prepaid meters of which our current flat is inclusive. But now we want to change the narrative.
