The swap will most likely have come from the customs warehouses guards , operators or the truck drivers/ points of distribution e.t.c ..... there are just so many suspects because nigerians are so corrupt especially on the moral aspects. It could be anyone from the warehouse guards down to the distribution operatives.

Is this not possible? People even swap what is on the table in the restaurant, not to talk of a journey of like 20 minutes to 2 hours.

There is nothing that also says that they left immediately after loading and got there within minutes. what if there was a diversion to somewhere else before heading back to their destination?

Indeed some rice are more certified than the others.

NAFDAC has come out to issue an official statement that they weren't called to check and certify the rice sent to Oyo state. Only Lagos and Ogun states.

This woman Farouq, the Minister of Disaster management is a disaster herself that needs to be seriously managed. Take a critical look at how she has destroyed Npower handed over to her. She could not follow already laid down working protocol only to tell us she's still studying it after several months.

As if that's not enough, to distribute cash to vulnerable Nigerians, she has to contract companies to do that. I mean, this is ridiculous and stupid.

In a country of multiethnicities divided along religion and diversities like Nigeria, all she could do at critical time of pandemic is distributing over 90 percent of Federal Govt assistance concentrated in just 4 States out of 36.

When you listen to her talking, you will not only see tribalism but extremely low IQ fellow who lacks basic understanding of how simple things work.
