it will go a long way, Ibadan is an environment that is not too expensive. Surely you will achieve your aim with amount of money in Ibadan.

Yeah. it can , but the kinda house also differs to ur own taste. U can see a 2bd of 180 to 200 depending on ur preferred location

200k -250k tops will get you a 3 bedroom flat around Oluyole extension. Good road, access to cool nightlife and good power supply.
One of the best areas in Ibadan.

U may have to budget more than that since it's self contain.
My friend got same 1 room self contain for about 120k at kajola in agbowo area.

So u may need to budget up to 100k. Bodija is not a small place.

The places where u can get house as cheap as that are not where I myself can stay and I won't advise u to stay there also. There are other places in the suburb though, but Transport would eat too much of your money and as such it's also not advisable. But if u can up ur budget to 100k. You can get a place even in Bodija..
