The Nigerian veteran Actress, Hulda Dokubo has expressed her anger as she shares a video asking the question "who is lying to President Buhari".

In the video she gave statistics of the present state of the COVID-19 cases alongside adding that of they have tested only about 10,000 people and about 2,000 people are already infected, it means that Nigeria has 20 percent of her population infected already with the virus.
