U can only use blender for facial motion capture (not full body) if u want full body u'll need others external software like motion capture suit or (Google it sha), and one other app like that I've forgotten its name

You don't need to quit, a Pentium or A1 Amd processor is able to carry blender, you can keep learning and getting used to the interface , you'll still see your work and appreciate it without rendering, which would be motivation to continue
