NANS, NYCN AND NCWS SUPPORTS PANPIEC, CALL FOR POLITICAL EQUITY IN NIGERIA



THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA STUDENTS (NANS) NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA AND NATIONAL COUNCIL OF WOMEN SOCIETY have called
on Nigerians to support massively the PAN NIGERIA PRESIDENCY OF IGBO EXTRACTION COALITION in its mission to ensure political justice and equity in Nigeria.

The groups speaking through their spokespersons , Daniel Onoja, Ahmed Ustaad and Mrs Bolanle Rashidat noted that Nigeria cannot move forward if she fails to carry all sections of the country along. The Igbos are a strong segment of Nigeria and if they are not factored in the highest position in the land then the nation has no reason to insist they must be part of it, the groups noted. They therefore called on all the political parties in Nigeria to zone their 2023 Presidency to the Igbos for justice , peace and equity in the nation.

Reacting to that the spokesman of PANPIEC , PRINCE UCHE ERONDU thanked the groups for their concern for the nation and said he hope key political stakeholders in Nigeria will listen to them. He noted that PANPIEC is for all Nigerians and the leadership is widely spread to all parts of Nigeria.

Prince Erondu announced that the leaders of Arewa Consultative forum, Afenifere, Ohanaeze Ndigbo, PANDEF, AND MIDDLE BELT FORUM have all identified
with PANPIEC as well as many prominent Nigerians.
