This is the dumbest statement i have heard in a long time. Your obsession and hatred for Yorubas is what is affecting your mental state. Everything that u see you must relate it to Yoruba

Most people tarnishing a particular tribe may not even be from the tribe they claim. But the devil in them pushes them to cause unnecessary problems

I of recent open an account with the access bank think that Herbert Nwigwe is well learned and educated but I never knew that he have already sold his conscience to the profit he will get from FG.by given them 1billion naira in return for a contract or promotion instead of given palliative to your humble custermers operating with your bank...I can never never credit in my 1naira into that account and none of my family member shall ever bank with Herbert nwigwe financial institution.nonsense fellows from Mr buhari down to his colleagues

This is why I fear 9 to 5 jobs. I've been on phone with my guy since he learnt that ejigbo branch has closed. Man is scared. He just wedded ni o. So glad I didn't give one slot away to one snake. If everything goes south he'll be getting a better job with juicier pay.

Bottom line. Always have a contingency plan. Life can dribble o
Is there still another slot?

And she's one of many more to come. Sad but true reality.

Nigeria is not a country you rely on a job that is not your own. They will lift you high today and dash you to the ground tomorrow.

I've always been a campaigner for entrepreneurship, even though it takes smartness and agility to survive in that terrain, no one can bully you or use you like a mop.

My guy keep quiet, do you know how many SMEs have been destroyed by this lockdown, some businesses will never recover again even after the lockdown,so your argument is flawed

One of the saddest things is that Access Bank was among the banks that recently donated 1B Naira each to the government to fight the Covid-19 pandemic. Now let's do a simple Maths that can show you banks are the worst places to work.

Average bank staff receives N80,000 per month salary. The same N1,000,000,000 can pay 1,046 staff for one year straight. If the bank had considered this, would they bother donating up to 1B Naira to the government while its staff are shockingly receiving sack letters amidst this pandemic?

PS.
Even if you find yourself still working with a bank, please get a side hustle that you can always turn to. Banks will send you to recession in the blink of an eye.

I'm sure if we had only your type of mentality/thinking in Nigeria, fuel might be sold for #2000 per litre and you will still see nothing wrong with it,
now the lock-down hv been called off, I hope you probably will start fighting for breath in your room due to lack of bed space to treat your covid case. kiss
Your reply sounds intelligent.

But I still maintain that the lockdown is necessary and if not that we are in a very poor country, it should be extended.
We need to before extra careful to avoid a geometrical rise in cases.

Oh no, this is wicked and unfortunately we dont have government not even when they have collected 1b from access. Wait o, banks don't sack, you will be advise to resign ni o. Where is this coming from

Being asked to resign is a soft way of putting it.
If you fail to do so voluntarily, you know they force it on you through sack. Heaven won't fall.
That is how selfish they can be. They don't give just a hoot how you fare.

Honestly that is the most inhumane part of it. Hard to understand why a company/bank will donate 1 billion to govt and turn around to sack her staff claiming financial constraints.

you just said it bro, we hv a very poor economy and a poor standard of living which 80% of it's citizens are poor, so lock-down was never the solution to the problem.
In Europe before the introduction of lockdown, they already made measures in place to save it's citizens from hunger and it's small scale companies and businesses from collapse,
But here in Nigeria reverse is the case, the failed govt couldn't feed even 1% of it's population talk more of saving our indigenous companies from collapse.
So I believe this lockdown only benefits some persons in the govt because the covid funds cannot and will not be accounted for.
If the govt really cared they would have closed the airport and land borders earlier enough and wouldn't hv had any covid case today, so the only thing to do now is educate the masses on use of face mask and sanitizers with social distancing and that's all, so people can happily go about their various businesses .
