This is what you get when you choose to remain in the dark age. Ask some of them what they've come to do, and some will tell you they've come to withdraw 5k, transfer money, and basically every damn thing you can do with your bank app or ATM card.

Some 16th century yoots among them will tell you they can't use ATM or Mobile app because of senseless reasons. Now Corona has come to teach them a lesson.

The Lagos state government needs to quarantine everyone in that branch. Lock them up for 14 days. The bank should also suspend simple transactions like withdrawals, transfers, etc. and make the ATMs fully functional. Alternative channels for customer complaints should also be made effective.
