A 22-year-old man has been allegedly stabbed to death by a private security guard attached to Coca-Cola market, Onitsha, Anambra State.

It was gathered that the deceased, one Cletus Chisom, had an altercation with the security guard, Ibuchi Nwoju, over face mask observance before the guard stabbed him in his chest leading to his instant death.

The State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Haruna Mohammed, said that the security guard had been arrested while the body was deposited at Toronto Hospital Mortuary for autopsy.

The incident happen at coca cola market in Onitsha,according to eye witness the woman was not wearing face mask as instructed by FG,so the vigilant man ask her not to enter inside the market, but she refused so the man flogged her and she called her son,then her son got into a fight with the security man,the son beat the security man too much and immediately the security man had chance he stabbed the boy mercilessly,and ran off but he was later arrested.

some people are very uncouth and mannerless, and some of these guards can't handle abuse.

If this ugly incidence happened in Kano or any part of the north, you will see them crawling out of their red mud hole to say all manner of trash against the north.

What kind of 'demeaning words' would warrant a guard to take the life of someone ?

The last time I checked, security guards are hired and paid to safe guard lives and properties.
