The whole country needs to be tested as soon as possible.
Donald Trump stated "Why the United States of America is reporting more positive cases of covid-19 is because they are testing more people than those countries with lesser figures".
The government should use this lockdown easing to test public servants and road users especially (at the state borders) those coming in from other states to resume work.
To embark on house to house search would be helpful in getting more poor people suffering from the virus but to get those Nobles, aristocrats(rich men)in the society we would need more than just house to house search. Some aristocrats (rich men) have rooms you wouldn't believe exist in a house. They can hide inside there and endanger the lives of their domestic staffs and family if infected and do not want to tell the right authorities. My suggestion is testing should be done at banks, state borders, market places etc and contact tracing of those who have come in contact with infected individuals be done immediately.
