Currently around 8pm some boys started enforcing the lock down by them selfs by collecting money from bus next they moved to snatching hand bags in liberty enugu abakpa.... It is a shame that law enforcement officers are not around, they just speed up and down with their cars looking for shops to collect bribe from.... The lock down is just a means for the police men to make more money illegally 1 Like
