As Lagos recently lifted the lockdown and still no word has been said about reopening of churches while markets have been allowed to open, do you think our Government is deliberately sabotaging churches?

Not only churches. "Religious houses" are not allowed to open yet undecided. No sabotage

I think makert and churches in terms of essentiality are not on the same board... A market is essential without food you and I would die , without churches for a million years we would still be fine ......
Even markets , go check it there are a lot or shifts and guidelines put in place to checkmate excesses....
You seem to forget mosques are also shut down, and considering their communal style of worship , it would almost be impossible to curb the spread of covid 19 in the mosque , now do u open churches and tell them to remain shut ??
Don't let this pastors decieve u , churches are still closed indefinitely in London ,yet the govt is in talks with the fa for football to resume ....why is oyedepo and his friend Chris not complaining to the English government......
At the end of the day , when catastrophe sets in the government would be at the receiving end of it all....if the pastors and those clamouring for reopening of churches have a certified cure aside the prayer that they couldn't use to drive it away in the first instance... Let them reopen if not let them remain silent !!!
The government has never under any circumstance denied anybody of worshiping whosoever pleases them ....its not the government sabotaging the church , it's corona virus that some of them claim is a punishment to the world for our numerous sins.....

You didn't even mention schools.

Bars, parks, sport centers and many other places are still locked, so why should the church be exempted?
Of what use is the church, or in what way is the church essential to the society during this pandemic?
This shows how myopic you are.
One would think these hard times would give religious folks the ability to reason with sense, but reverse is the case. undecided

What about night clubs and whorehouses. Those are also "religious houses"
