Good morning everyone. There has been a debate of how we should brush our teeth in the morning. Which is better; brush before eating or after eating?

Please justify any reasons you proffer.

When you wake up, brush after eating.

Ideally, you should brush before going to bed (after this, you don't eat anything again except water), then when you wake up, you eat them go brush.

Please stick to what I just told you son,. because I HATE NONSENSE

Truth is, brushing before eating and rinse month after eating is still best. You could just vomit the whole thing if you brush after eating

The main thing is to brush daily.......if u like brush in 2a.m

brush before going bed and brush after eating the next morning. brushing before going to bed keeps your mouth fresh till morning.
