When you get to your paradise you won't have to worry about your homosexuality any longer.
Allah has made plans for you.

Yikes.
Sorry, but no remedy exists for sexual desires.
The entire prescription of fasting, cold showers and reading the Quran, nafila are more often ineffective.

Only momentary distractions such as going for a walk, sleep, work, entertainment and socialization with your family or peers have an effect.
And the sheer strength of your will to abstain and ability to meditate and cool down.

No "humane" way that I know of exists to kill sexual urges as a whole, because it's a natural instinct built into all mammals.
