I have been saying the same thing over and over again yet nobody is paying attention until it happens to them. This is a complaint of a financial misnomer that has bedeviled my account.

Access Bank debited me twice last month. First I was debited for using Visa card which has long expired and another debit for using Verve card which they forced on me to use after applying for Visa card.
