A mobile court in Kano state has sentenced a middle-aged man to receive five strokes of cane for violating the lockdown order by the Kano state government and Federal government. President Muhammadu Buhari had on Monday,27th of April,2020 declared a total lockdown over a mysterious deaths which claime over 300 lives in the state.
