@OP : its so unfortunate things had to deteriorate like this. 8mths is enough time for anybody who seriously seek shelter to find one. What's been done has been done, hopefully you'v learnt a thing in this.
You should talk to your uncle as a man(i feel he's already ashamed of himself) if you have money to give,please give him and ask/command them to 'relocate' their property somewhere else as you dont find it comfy in the open.
